No, I didn’t drop off the face of the earth! Somehow I just haven’t found the time to update this blog in the last few weeks, and I haven’t been doing much crafting either. My mojo deserted me for some reason. It’s creeping back slowly though, so here I am!
This card should have been shared with you in October, but better late than never!
I used one of my new favourites, Tilda holding a rose from the recent Magnolia Pink collection. She is adorable and a delight to colour. I think I will be using her again very soon on a special project I have coming up.
The sentiment is a stamp from Whiff of Joy – I love the sentiment stamps Katharina has created for us. I have framed it with one of the little frames from the SU Hodge Podge hardware set.
I stamped the image onto Fabriano hot pressed watercolour paper (thanks go to Rach for the info on where to get this), embossed it using clear detail powder and coloured using Distress Inks and Twinkling H20s on top.
Papers are Basic Grey.
This card is now up for auction on Ebay, and 50% of the proceeds will go to Breast Cancer Awareness.
Thank you for stopping in, any comments you would like to leave will be much appreciated!
