You may notice that when I get my hands on a collection of stamps, I tend to ink up the ones featuring dogs first!  That’s what happened with the Elisabeth Bell for SCACD stamps, and the same thing has happened again with the Victoria Case for SCACD Hearts & Hugs collection.
