Mo's Digital Pencil DT Project of The Month

Today is the third Project of the Month blog hop for the Mo’s Digital Pencil DT! 

On the third Thursday of each month, the DT for Mo’s Digital Pencil get together for a blog hop to show off projects created using the fantastic images created by Mo Manning.

Each month one of us challenges the rest of the DT to create projects following a certain theme or style.  This month, the challenge has been laid down by the fabulously talented Suzanne Dean.

Suzanne has asked us to create pop-up cards!  Bit of a challenge for me, as this is my first pop-up card, although I have been intending to give it a go for some time!

Mo created a fabulous image – Reach For The Stars – for us to use.  Perfect for New Year’s projects!

The wonderful image has been coloured using Copics, and accented with a Copic Spica pen. 

I have used a deep blue cardstock, covered with Shimmerz Spritz in “Licorice” (available HERE).  The sentiment is computer generated.  The stars are wooden shapes (available HERE) covered in silver acrylic paint.  The numbers on the front are chipboard covered in silver acrylic paint.
