This is the card I created using the third TGF CHA Relay Contest image. I didn’t want to double-post yesterday, so here it is!
The image is one of Marina Neira’s critters – Toby Cub. How cute is he? Marina’s designs have definitely grown on me recently, and I’m starting to overcome my fear of colouring fur!
At 8″ x 8″ this card is a lot bigger than I usually make! I simply couldn’t cut into the cute DCWV alphabet paper, it wouldn’t have looked quite right, so I just trimmed the outer border so I could pop it on a blue mat. Ribbon and buttons are from stash. I’ve tied the bow using the Bow-Easy template (available HERE soon). The letters are Thickers.
Copics used:
Fur/Skin: E50, E53, E55, E57, E93, E95, R02 Nappy: B12, B14, B16 Ground: W00, W1, W2, W3 Airbrushed background: B91
Sadly the CHA Relay Contest has now been ended, dueto the unforeseen issues that arose as a result of the fantastic response to the contest! I have really enjoyed playing along, and would like to say thank you to everyone at TGF for such a fun event! Can’t wait to see what else they have in store for us in the coming months.
The good news is that everyone can now grab the free Prince Ian digi HERE on the TGF blog. I’m just about to finish my card using him, so hopefully I’ll post that tomorrow! If you’re in need of Princess Anya to go with him, you can grab her in rubber form HERE at Quixotic Paperie!
Thanks for stopping by! I’ll be back tomorrow, hopefully with my Prince Ian card!
