Quixotic Challenges are back!  Whoo!  We are returning all refreshed and organised (sort of) after our two week break!

The rules/guidelines have been revamped and made clearer, and are now posted permanently in the sidebar over on the challenge blog for ease of reference.  The list of stamp companies etc that you can use to enter is there, so no excuses!  Any questions, the email address is also posted prominently in the sidebar.

It’s an exciting week, as we have two shiny new Design Team members – Kim Costello and Emma Lockley.  So there is even more inspiration for you!

There is more info over on the Quixotic Challenge blog, so make sure you check it out!

Judy has given us one of her fabulous sketches this week, a fantastic way to get into the swing of things again! Feel free to play around with it a little – just make sure all the elements are there and that we can still recognise it!  Embellish it up, leave it simple – whatever you like!

Quixotic Challenges - Judy's Sketch

For my card, I’ve used one of the fab Elisabeth Bell for SCACD images.  This is Little Suzanne and she is super cute!  If you’re in the US, grab her from SCACD.  If you’re in the UK or Europe, you can grab her at Quixotic Paperie.

Papers are an old favourite – Cosmo Cricket Dutch Girl.  I have a little personal stockpile of these, I am terrible for hoarding papers I love!  I embellished with a Tim Holtz Adage Ticket (addicted to these) and some 8mm Flatback Pearls in Cream.   The edges of all the layers have been sponged with Distress Ink – Antique Linen.

That’s all from me.  Make sure you check out what the rest of the DT have been up to, over on the Quixotic Challenges blog!
