My first Try It Out Thursday as an SCACD DT member!  Hooray! 

This week the challenge was to create a fun invitation using the colours red, white and blue.  For my card I’ve used the gorgeous new Victoria Case for SCACD stamp “Lazy Days” (available in the UK from me at Quixotic Paperie).  This is definitely one of my favourites from the latest release, if not the whole range!  So sweet and a breeze to colour up!

I have of course, coloured her with Copics. Skin: E0000, E000, E00, E11, R20, R21, R22 Hair: E50, E53 Oufit: E40, E41, E42, E43, R22, R24, R27, R29, B0000, B91, B93, B95, B97, B99 Sky/Grass: B0000, B52, G82, G85

I created the gorgeous multi-looped bow using that indispensible little tool, the Bow-Easy template (available in the UK from me at Quixotic Paperie). The papers are from the gorgeous Pink Paislee 365 Degrees 6×6 pad (available in the UK from me at Quixotic Paperie).  Lettering is Doodlebug rubons and the tag is from a Sizzix die.
