For a little fun, Quixotic Paperie are having a little hop today with Paper Makeup Stamps! Hopefully we can give you some inspiration for using this fantastic line of rubbah!
I fell in love with the Paper Makeup Stamps range as soon as I saw the gorgeous fairy designs and the fantastic monsters. And the word art stamps…well, what can I say? What’s not to love?! So, Quixotic Paperie here in the UK became the only other online source for the stamps, something I was and still am utterly thrilled about!
I hope you will enjoy visiting the blogs of the Paper Makeup Stamps and Quixotic Paperie design teams today! Please do leave a little love along the way – all the designers work very hard bringing us beautiful and inspiring projects!
At the bottom of my post you will find the full list of participants! Have fun hopping through!
I decided to make another one of my little altered notebooks (as inspired by Rowena)! This one is because while Post-It notes are very useful, I keep losing track. So, time to return to a straight To Do list, and I had to make it a little bit fun, because at the moment my To Do lists depress me!! I love making lists, and I love crossing things off them, I hate the fact that I can’t seem to cross things off fast enough at the moment! The To Do list has a life of its own… Enough whinging from me though!
I used DRECK from Paper Makeup Stamps. I’ve mentioned before how much I love the Paper Makeup Stamps Monsters, so Dreck was a great choice for my notebook, now I can look at him every day!
I stamped Dreck directly onto the notebook cover using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and carefully coloured him with Copics: B93, B95, B97, W1, W3, B0000, B00. I say carefully because on this textured Kraft surface the ink does tend to bleed, so a nice light touch is pretty essential! It’s worth it though, as I do love the results!
I accented the image with the Sakura Clear Stardust pen for some fun sparkle! I added the title using some Prima Alphabet Stickers.
If you’re in the US/Canada, you can buy Dreck and all the other gorgeous stamps direct from Paper Makeup Stamps! If you’re in the UK you can find the range at Quixotic Paperie!

LOVE this monster! I have been looking for monster stamps, but I see the price is not American money. DO you know if I can order for shipping to US? And if so the price difference and shipping info? I could not find it on the store website. Thanks!
