I’m still a little shocked that two years has gone by since I started Quixotic Paperie.  I guess it’s true that time flies when you’re having fun!

A big thank you for all the messages over the last twenty four hours, it’s always lovely to hear from all of you.

There’s a lot going on behind the scenes at the moment, so this post will be relatively short and sweet!

I’ve had emails from a few people asking me about the cake image I used on the front page of the store to announce the 2nd Anniversary celebrations.  So, for all of you who were wondering…wonder no more!

Fantastic image, isn’t it?  Lots of fun to colour, and you could colour it in so many different ways.  The image is CELEBRATE by Victoria Case for SCACD Stamps, and is available in the UK exclusively at Quixotic Paperie along with the rest of the SCACD Stamps range!

The designer paper is from the Prima Melody 6×6 pad.  The die-cut flourishes are a Marianne D Creatables die.  Embellished with flatback crystals.  I accented the image with Viva Decor Pearl Pen and Glitter Liner.
