I have a quick (and very sweet) little card to share today, but first, a reminder!
The Make it Crafty celebration challenges are almost coming to an end, but not quite! You have until 30th July 2011 to get your entries in, so get cracking! The prizes on offer are not to be missed!
Category Three – Rubber Stamp Only challenge has only got one entry so far! Now, I KNOW there are plenty of you out there with Make it Crafty rubber stamps, so get them inky and enter! AND there are lots of you out there with Make it Crafty Lasercut Chipboard, so get your entries in for Category Four – Make it Crafty Lasercut Chipboard Embellishments too!
If you’re not in it, you won’t win it! So, get over there and enter your creations, and if you haven’t already, check out the gorgeous inspiration on display!
Here’s a little something from me, using a Make it Crafty rubber stamp that has literally just arrived in stock here at Quixotic Paperie!
Meet Fifi, who comes in a set with her friends Cici and Toto. These little sprites are super sweet, and make adorable cards on their own, or work beautifully with the other characters and backgrounds to build a scene! You can check out my card featuring Cici HERE.
Because she’s so small, Fifi was a breeze to colour up and pop on a card. Ideal, because this week I am working flat out with QP and several projects with deadlines fast approaching! Eep!
Coloured with Copics on Make it Colour Blending Card. Designer paper from the Basic Grey Sweet Threads pad, layered on Bazzill Kraft Cardstock. Make it Crafty Lasercut Chipboard.

Gorgeous! I’ve been thinking and rethinking getting that little sprite set. You may have nudged me into the “must have” side! Fabulous colouring — as always – you must get tired of hearing that!!
LOVE this E!! xxooo Here’s hoping some of those rubber inkers come out of hiding! hehee
Dear Elaine
I love your “simple” cards. They are the perfect evidence that there is no need to use always lots of embellishments. Your colouring is awesome!
BIG hugs and take care
