Today I’d like to share a card I created for the second issue of the Whimsy Stamps Inspirations Digital Magazine. Many of you will already have seen this, but for those of you that haven’t… (and if you haven’t read the mag yet, I highly recommend it – it’s free!)
I had the MOST fun creating this card. You may have guessed that one of my favourite things to do is colouring, and I absolutely love to merge images/mask stamps to create scenes to colour. The Make it Crafty images are perfect for this, whether you’re using the digis or physical rubber stamps (Make it Crafty rubber stamps are available in the UK at Quixotic Paperie).
To create the little fairy village I used Make it Crafty Boot House, Mushroom House and Fairy Tree House. These three stamps are what originally drew me to Make it Crafty, and I love them just as much now as when I first saw them! The gorgeous fairy image – Wee Snippet – is from Whimsy Stamps and was illustrated by Crissy Armstrong. Love her! The postage stamp sentiments are also from Whimsy Stamps and were cut out using the coordinating Shapeology Dies.
The images were all coloured with Copic Markers on Make it Colour Blending Card.
Thank you for stopping by, hope you’re having a great week so far!
