Friday! Got to admit, as worrying as it is that the weeks fly by so quickly, I do look forward to Fridays. Today is a particularly good one; the sun is shining, the postman only delivered lovely things, and I’m getting lots done.
After a few weeks of being absolutely useless, I actually have a Bellariffic Friday card to share! Albeit one that follows the sketch very loosely. Well, it wouldn’t do to be too good, now would it?
It has been a while since I butchered an Uptown Girl, so here is Stamping Bella Uptown Girl Madison (Uptown Girls are also available in the UK at Quixotic Paperie).
She’s definitely an oldie but goodie. I’ve used her several times on cards, and I still love her!
I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Make it Colour Blending Card and coloured with ShinHan Touch Twin Markers. The designer paper is from my scrap drawer, a mix of Basic Grey and Cosmo Cricket I do believe. For the wording, I used Doodlebug alphabet rub-ons.
