For those of you that celebrated, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas. Ours was tinged with sadness, but surrounded by family and friends it was still mostly lovely.
2013 has been an eventful, stressful and painful year, but in amongst all of that there has also been fun, laughter, creativity and joy. I’m hoping 2014 will tip the scales a little more in favour of the latter, but also trying not to forget that 2013 wasn’t all bad. It will always be the year that we lost my Dad, but that’s not everything it was.
So, here’s a look back at the crafty fun from 2013, with some of my favourites from throughout the year. I’ve chosen not to do this month by month, as the last few months have been pretty quiet, and other months have had multiple favourites. Instead, I’ve just chosen a selection of favourites.
Pop back tomorrow for the second part of my look back at 2013.

It’s fun looking back and remembering some of the creative fun from the year, and thinking of what I’d like to do in 2014. See you tomorrow with the second half of my favourites selection!
Oh, I can get lost in your colouring! What a fab selection of cards 🙂
I wish you all the best for 2014 x
