Today I’ve got a quick snap of my desk to share for WOYWW #252 over at Julia’s Stamping Ground. For the uninitiated, visit > this page < for an explanation of WOYWW and how to join in. It’s pretty simple really – it’s Wednesday, post a pic of your workspace link it up, grab a coffee and have a good nose around some others. 😉
My desk isn’t that interesting today, but it is a fairly typical view: markers (today they are Copics), and something I’m colouring, and my Gorjuss mug filled with Green Tea. I’ve had to be sneaky though and turn over my colouring and cover up part of the journal you can see at the edge of the picture – I can’t show you what I’m working on until next week, although I am absolutely dying to. Really excited.
Anyway, those of you that have checked in before and seen previous WOYWW posts may be interested to see that I have finally finished “that journal spread”, which first made an appearance in February.
You can see the two previous spreads in this journal HERE.
Supplies used:
Moleskine Sketchbook, Gel Medium (matt), Tissue Paper, Distress Inks, Ranger Blending Tool, Tim Holtz Kraft Glassine Paper, Tim Holtz Alterations Sizzix Butterfly Frenzy die, Memory Box Butterfly Delights die, Impression Obsession Leaves die set, Ranger Alcohol Inks, Ranger Glossy Cardstock, Luminarte Silks paints, Faber-Castell PITT artist markers.
Thanks for dropping in! I would love to hear from you, so please do leave a comment to say hi. 🙂
One of the things I love most about WOYWW (apart from being nosey and seeing everyone else’s desks of course!) is coming across new-to-me blogs that are full of inspiration! I’m so happy to have found your blog, I’ve just added you to my reader!
Happy WOYWW!

Ah thank you Kate! Lovely to “meet” you. 🙂 WOYWW is fantastic for that, definitely! That and I definitely enjoy a good snoop. 😉
Your journal page is terrific, Kate, and I love the combination of turquoise and copper on the card hidden on the desk – do show and tell when you’re finished. Oh yeah – what a wonderful collection of pens! Have a great week. Chrysalis 53 xx
Thank you! Ahhh, the turquoise/copper one is another journal page which I will be sharing at some point next week, so pop back then if you want to see! 🙂
Oh my Elaine…so many copic pens…I’m positively drooling! ;D
