I actually created today’s card a couple of weeks ago for our niece’s 4th birthday. She loves pandas, so this image from one of the Tiddly Inks clear stamp sets seemed like the perfect choice for a cute little birthday card.
Read on for the full card, details and a Copic Marker Colour Palette!
The Card:
The Details:
I stamped the adorable Wryn character image from the Tiddly Inks Beary Sweet Wryn’s Panda clear stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on my favourite Make it Colour Blending Card before colouring with Copic markers.
I die cut the image and a black mat layer using my current favourite Mama Elephant Femme Frames die set. Love how easy this set makes creating lovely simple cards. I die cut a circle and scalloped circle mat using Spellbinders Nestabilities dies and using the inlaid die-cutting technique added the “4” using a Lawn Fawn die-cut which I coloured with Copics to coordinate with the focal image.
My friend Tara at Make the Day Special stocks both Lawn Fawn and Mama Elephant products, most of the ones I own have been purchased from her.
I finished the card off by embellishing with some of the flat-back crystals I have been hoarding forever and am trying to use up!
