Waffle:
If this is the first time you’re visiting me you may not be aware that I have been participating in The Daily Marker 30 Day Colouring Challenge! This month I have been colouring a different The Greeting Farm stamp each day as a little personal twist on Kathy Racoosin’s 30 Day Colouring Challenge. You can find all of my 30 Day Colouring Challenge posts HERE. If you’re looking for Copic colour combo inspiration you should definitely take a look as each post includes a Copic Marker Colour Palette to go with the image.
If you follow me on Instagram you may already have seen some peeks of the image on today’s card while I was colouring it. I often share colouring progress snaps on Instagram so if you enjoy seeing those, make sure you connect with me over there. Apart from commenting here on the blog it is probably one of the easiest ways to drop me a quick note or ask a question.

Stamp & Other Details:
The beautiful image I used today is from one of Marcella Hawley’s “Instant Garden” digital stamp sets: Power Poppy – French Lilac.
I have loved Marcella’s illustrations for years, and have a little collection of the clear stamp sets she designed for Flourishes LLC. Love the fact that I can now get her images in both digital and clear formats. While much of my stamp collection leans toward the cute and whimsical, I love beautifully illustrated “grown up” images that work well for cards for people who just don’t get “cute”.
I printed this image on Make it Colour Blending Card (my favourite for colouring with Copic and other alcohol based markers). The image and mat layer were cut with the Mama Elephant Femme Frames die set which I purchased here in the UK from the lovely Tara at Make the Day Special. The numbers were die cut using the My Favorite Things “By the Numbers” die set.
I accented the centres of the flowers in the image and also decorated the die cut numbers using a Uni-Ball White Signo Pen UM-153*. This is my favourite white pen for adding small details.
