I’ve got a sweet little card to share today, featuring Mama Elephant stamps and Copic Marker colouring.
Read on to see my card for today and to get a full Copic Colour Palette to go with it!
Waffle:
I’ll be back later today with my 30 Day Colouring Challenge post, so make sure you check in again for more colouring inspiration and another Copic Marker Colour Palette.
Today’s card was actually created a while ago to send to a dear friend. Like so many other cards created earlier this year, I never got around to sharing them! With everything else that was going on editing photos and creating palettes etc. was just too much of a stretch. On the bright side, that means I have lots to share with you this month!
The Card:
The Details:
I created this card using two adorable stamp sets from one of my favourite clear stamp companies – Mama Elephant. The Mama Elephant – Cosmic Stars stamp set is available in the UK from my friend Tara at Make the Day Special along with the stamp set the sentiment is from Mama Elephant – Shooting Star.
I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Make it Colour Blending Card (my favourite for colouring with Copic and other alcohol based markers).
I used a Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangles die (Small Stitched Rectangle and Large Stitched Rectangle die sets are available at Make the Day Special) along with a Memory Box Radiant Starburst die to create the card front using the inlaid die-cut technique.
It’s hard to see from the photo, but I covered the little die cut stars with Wink of Stella glitter brush pen in gold and silver.
Copic Marker Colour Palette:
It doesn’t seem like I should have used quite as many colours on such a small image, but here you go!
Thanks for stopping by!
I hope you have enjoyed today’s post as much as I enjoyed creating it for you.

[…] There will be additional posts here a couple of days a week as I do have some cards to create and share using other images, so look out for those too! In fact, I posted one earlier today HERE. […]
