Yes, I am still alive! I have even been colouring and creating over the past couple of months, it has just been behind the scenes stuff that I couldn’t really share at the time, and my motivation for creating outside of that work was practically non-existent.
Our four legged girl Taika is plodding along too. She’s a complicated little thing, so we still need to make some adjustments to her treatment here and there but on the whole she’s doing well. Thank you again to everyone who has sent messages with well wishes, they have all been hugely appreciated.
The main thing I’m here to tell you today is that I have a fun new feature over on the Stamping Bella blog starting today! We’re calling it Marker Geek Monday and each week I will be sharing some colouring tips, marker combos etc with the aim of inspiring and helping people get the most out of their stamps and colouring supplies! The focus will be on Copic markers, but some other mediums may just sneak in there from time to time so make sure you keep an eye on BLOGGABELLA.
This week’s post is Marker Geek Monday #1: Copic Skin Combos and it includes some general colouring tips for you. Pop on over and check it out (and while you’re there don’t forget to take a look around the blog for some of the inspiration from the other fantastic Bellariffic Babes on the design team).
Have a great week, I promise I’ll be back soon with something colourful to show you!

Nice to see you back Elaine and glad to hear poochie is doing Ok xx
Hi Elaine, I am so glad to see you back and that you and Taika are doing better. Happy to see your colouring tips too; I have just got my copics out after quite a break and I am so out of practice, so I need all the help I can get. I have always loved your colouring – so beautiful! You take care of yourself. Karen (an former Quixotic customer) x
