Today I’d like to share a fun autumn themed shaker card with you!
Who can resist a shaker card? Not me, that’s for sure, and my realisation that I had so far failed to make a card using my coloured image for Tiny Townie Autumn just so happened to coincide with the arrival of a gorgeous little package of shaker mixes from Lucy’s Cards.
Tiny Townie Autumn loves Autumn Shaker Card:
Stamp Used: Stamping Bella Tiny Townie Autumn loves Autumn – coordinating die set also available (UK link)
NOTE: Until the end of September 2017 you can grab Tiny Townie Autumn direct from Stamping Bella with a 20% discount as part of the “Stamp of the Month” offer. Perfect excuse to help her hop in your basket!
Tiny Townie Autumn was stamped on my favourite paper for Copic colouring – Make it Colour Blending Card. I coloured her using Copic Sketch Markers* (see video below for details) and die cut her. I created the main card panel using the largest die from the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Square Stackables die set* and one of the dies from the MFT Dienamics Stitched Scalloped Circle Frames die set*. I used my WRMK Fuse Tool* and some WRMK Fuseables sheets* to create the shaker element, which I filled with Autumn Sparkle Sparkly Shaker Selection and some small beads from my stash (I also used some of the leaf confetti pieces on the outside). I die cut the word “hugs” from Black Glitter Cardstock* using the Lawn Fawn Scripty Hugs die* and popped it over the shaker window.
That’s it! Perfect little card for sending some seasonal hugs to a friend.
