Let’s face it, we could all do with saving a little time here and there in the run up to Christmas. While I love colouring detailed scenes and larger stamps, sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day. Stamps like The Penguin’s Waddle from Mama Elephant are so cute, but it’s hard to think of colouring the whole scene repeatedly to create Christmas cards. But you don’t have to! Pick a part of the stamp, die cut it and either colour up that whole portion, or as I’ve done below, spotlight just one of the penguins.
Quick & Easy Christmas Card
This is a great way to get more use out of those larger stamps, and it was so quick to do. All in, this took me about fifteen minutes to put together. If you would like to see a card featuring the entire stamp, fully coloured, you can check out my earlier post HERE which includes a video showing the process.
