Whether I’m using pencils or markers, one of my favourite things to do is colour hair textures. Long flowing hair, gnome beards, animal fur. I get into it and I enter that glorious state of flow. Nothing exists except the strokes I’m creating on the paper. I love the card I’m sharing today, because of this. Don’t get me wrong, I’m pleased with the results, but I am in love with the process. That’s where the magic is. Watch my Prismacolor Squidgy and Teddy video below to get a look at it.
Prismacolor Squidgy & Teddy Card
Squidgy and Teddy is such a cute image, and like so many of my favourites, works well for many occasions.
Stamps Used: Squidgy & Teddy, Birthday Sentiment Set
I stamped the image on Bazzill Basics Kraft card* before colouring with Prismacolor Premier pencils* (see below for full list). Patterned paper is an old scrap from my stash by Magnolia Stamps. Mama Elephant Bold Banner die and MFT Stitched Scallop Circle Frames die set.
