If you’ve been with me for a while, you will know that autumn is my season. Big snuggly hoodies, boots, autumn walks, reading, autumn colours. All of that and more. So you know that, this year especially, I am thrilled to find myself in September. To celebrate, I took a little time to create a fun slimline scene card. You can watch my autumn scene colouring video below to see how it came together.
Fantastic Fall Slimline Card
That little hedgie. Those pumpkins. *HAPPY SIGH*
I used the Fall Backdrop stamp to give the characters a setting. The stamp isn’t long enough to fill a slimline card, but it is easily altered by just extending the line of the hill with a black fineliner. Just a really simple way to literally stretch your background stamps.
Stamps Used: Littles Pumpkin Friends, Fall Backdrop, Celebrate & Congratulate Sentiment Set
Dies Used: Mama Elephant Slim Card Basics set, MFT Dienamics Leaves
I stamped the images on my favourite Make it Colour Blending Card before colouring with Copic Markers. For masking I use Eclipse Masking Tape*. If you would like some tips on masking please see earlier posts HERE and HERE.
