Today is a special edition of Bellariffic Friday, dedicated to Emily, so here I am with one for our ForeverBella. It’s hard to believe that it has been three weeks since she had to leave us. It’s hard to believe that she had to leave us at all. She is so very missed. All of the comments and messages on social media show just how well loved she was by so many, and what an impact she had in our crafty world.
Tiny Townie Garden Girl Lily of the Valley
Emily’s favourite flower was Lily of the Valley, and she loved the Tiny Townie Garden Girls series. So, I decided to revisit this gorgeous image, this time with coloured pencils. I like to imagine that if she were still with us, I would have sent Emily a photo of this and received the reply I got so often “OMG I HATE YOU. TEACH ME!” which would always make me smile and roll my eyes just a little. I miss that.
Stamps Used: Tiny Townie Garden Girl Lily of the Valley,
I stamped the image on grey card before colouring with Caran d’Ache Luminance pencils*.
