Recently, thanks to Tracy at Dies to Die For, I was introduced to Pinkfresh Studio, and I am a little bit in love. They have some beautiful florals, and some really fun stencils, press plates and dies. I used one of my recent purchases to create today’s card and video. Watch my Pinkfresh Studio Amazing Things OLO Marker Video to see how this beautiful floral came to life.
Pinkfresh Studios Amazing Things
One of the things I really like about Pinkfresh Studio is the product suite concept, which gives different options for the same image. I’m loving the Spellbinders BetterPress, and I’m just getting back into ink blending and stenciling, so having options for those ticks all my boxes right now. You don’t need all of the products to create beautiful things, but for some images, like this one, I quite like having it all on hand for a variety of creative fun!
Stamps Used: Pinkfresh Studio – Amazing Things,
Ink Used: Memento Tuxedo Black
Dies etc Used: Spellbinders BetterPress Plate & Die Set – A Little Message Sentiments, Spellbinders Everlasting Circles Die Set, Mama Elephant Creative Cuts Stacked Circles,
Papers: Make it Colour Blending Card, Lawn Fawn 6×6 Watercolor Wishes Rainbow,
I stamped the image on my favourite Make it Colour Blending Card before colouring with OLO markers*.

OLO Markers
I talked briefly about OLO markers in my recent post HERE. I purchased a few sets in early May, and after playing with them and sharing my thoughts on Instagram, OLO reached out and asked if they could send me some more colours. I said yes, because I was so pleasantly surprised by my first impressions of the markers. I have since received a box of markers from OLO and I’m still impressed. So they have definitely earned their place on my craft desk. Especially the purples, so far. Their purples are gorgeous, and really fill a gap in my marker collection.
Obviously OLO have gifted me some markers, but I would not have agreed to that if I hadn’t been happy with the ones I had already tried. My opinion is not for sale – I don’t enjoy spending time using products I don’t enjoy, even if those products are gifted.
I am signed up to OLO’s affiliate programme. If you are looking to try the markers and would like to support me by using my code, you can follow this link: OLO Marker* – and make sure you pop my code MARKERGEEK in at checkout. I highly recommend looking at their purples and yellows, even if you have a full collection of Copic markers, because they really do fill in some gaps that exist there.

You may have seen that I’ve opened up some membership options on my Marker Geek YouTube channel. Members get to see my new videos earlier, and I am also uploading exclusive videos for members, along with easy to reference marker lists.
