Today I’m sharing a trio of cards, all created using the gorgeous Concord & 9th Festive Blooms die set. It’s so easy to create stunning cards with this set, and just change them up with colours and a few additional products. I’m not surprised it has been such a big hit!
Festive Blooms Die Cut Card Inspiration
The cards in today’s post were made a little while ago, but I’ve been waiting to share them as the Concord & 9th Festive Blooms die set has been so popular, no one seems to be able to keep it in stock! I am reliably informed though that Dies to Die For here in the UK should have stock coming in over the next few days, so if you’re looking to nab this one, I highly recommend heading over to the DTDF website now and signing up for the stock notification on the product page. Don’t forget the coordinating stamp set too.
For my first card I went with similar colours to those on the product packaging, very traditional and totally festive. I finished the card with a greeting from Concord & 9th Jolly Holiday Greetings die set
For my second card I used a recent Mama Elephant stamp and die. As soon as I saw this Sparkle & Shine sentiment stamp and coordinating die I knew I wanted to use it with the Festive Blooms die set and go for silver and blue colours. It worked just as well as I hoped! I stamped the sentiment using Versamark ink on the same dark blue card as my card front, and heat embossed using Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder before die cutting. I also layered up with some more die cuts to create a nice sturdy piece.
For my third card I had fun and went for purple and gold and another die cut sentiment from the Concord & 9th Jolly Holiday Greetings die set. Love these colours for a decadent Christmas look, and I added some glitter card to really give it some glitz!
