You might have seen my Halloween card featuring the Waffle Flower Spooktacular Postage Collage stencil, where I coloured the stencil using Copic markers. If not, you can check that post out HERE. When I was colouring that one, I was planning using some of the other Postage Collage stencils in the same way. The stencils look great with just ink blending, but I just can’t resist going a little bit further and having some fun with markers and pencils. Today I’ve got a card to share with you featuring one of the Christmas/winter themed stencils.

Snowman Postage Collage Card

This stencil set is just so cute! It looks great and makes for really fast cards if you simply ink blend. I wasn’t looking for fast, I wanted to have some fun with my markers, so I started out with some ink blending, then I took things a little further with my Copic markers to add extra shading and detail. I love the results! It does make the process a bit longer, but not terribly so, and just gives you a different option for getting the most out of those stencils.

Ink blended & marker coloured Christmas card inspiration featuring Waffle Flower Crafts Postage Collage die and Snowman stencil set.

I added extra details using a white gel pen, and I used some glitter paste on the large snowflake panel.
