Leaf Song Moth Card

This is the second of the moths in the Stamping Bella Kristin Farnsworth Collection, and this time I was inspired by fellow Babe Michele Boyer aka Shelabella to create a simple inked background to showcase the beautiful moth image. It has been so long since I did a background like this, and it is so effective!

Handmade card inspiration & Copic colouring video featuring Stamping Bella Leaf Song Moth rubber stamp set.

I cut a rectangle from Make it Colour Blending Card and masked the edges with tape, before inking the centre with Sapphire ink from Pinkfresh Studio. The 1″ blending brushes from Pinkfresh Studio make it so easy to create a beautiful soft blend, and I found the ink worked so beautifully on the MiC card. Handy because it’s my favourite for alcohol marker colouring. I fussy cut the moth image and popped it up on foam pads for a little dimension.

I stamped the image on my favourite Make it Colour Blending Card before colouring with Copic Markers.
