I was planning on creating a New Year card with the lovely new Uptown Girls Alexis & Serena stamp from Stamping Bella, and I probably will still do that. But I was feeling inspired by my friend Amy Young’s Christmas card featuring this stamp, so I gave it my own spin! You can watch me colour this one in my latest Copic colouring video down below too.

Uptown Girls Alexis & Serena Christmas Tag

This stamp is a great example of something we’ve always done at Stamping Bella: great character stamps that are usable all year round. It all just depends how you colour them! Uptown Girls Alexis & Serena were created with Galentine’s Day in mind, but they absolutely work for any occasion, throughout the year. Amy used the now retired Uptown Girl Christmas Tree on her card, but we discussed other options in the chat on her live colouring session, including the stamp I used for my tag: Curvy Girl and her Tree. I just stamped it off the edge of the tag so Curvy Girl doesn’t show. You could also wipe the ink away from that part of the stamp, or if fussy cutting just cut her off.
