Just one more sleep to go until Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps are released!  Have we got you excited enough yet?!

Today I’d like to share a card created using another of Crissy’s stamp designs from the Crissy’s Cuties range – Dorothy.  As you can see, Dorothy is a bit of a party deer!  *grin* 

As with all of the Crissy Cuties stamps, Dorothy comes with a matching sentiment – “Happy Birthday Deer Friend”.  I would have used it on this card, but it’s my partner’s sister’s birthday next week and this card will be winging its way to her.  So, instead, I’m printing an insert that reads “Happy Birthday Deer Sister”.   I had to work the pun in there somewhere!

Dorothy has been coloured with the usual Copics, and yes, the list is at the end of the post as usual!  I’ve also accented using the Sakura Clear Stardust pen (available here), my go to pen for adding sparkle to small areas.  I also cut her out and popped her up on foam pads for a little dimension.  If I weren’t so lazy it would have been easy to layer up the hat too!

The spotty paper is from the My Mind’s Eye Bloom & Grow 8×8 pack, available here.  Ribbons are both Stampin’ Up, as is the cardstock I’ve used to layer. 

The image layer has been cut out and masked for airbrushing with the Nestabilities Labels Six, available here.
