How are you all doing?  Christmas preparations well in hand?  I’m still making Christmas cards!  Thankfully all those that needed to go in the post have gone, and I’ve just got a few family cards to finish for those we will be seeing on Thursday.  Next year will definitely be the year I get them done early.  I’m even thinking I might get next year’s cards done before New Year. LOL!

The card I have to share with you today is now winging its way to my parents.  I’ve had this one in mind for some time, actually.  Ever since I saw Mo’s fabulous illustration – Perfect Angel – I knew I’d be using it for more than just Halloween.  So, with a little tweaking, here’s my Perfect Christmas Angel!

Mo's Digital Pencil DT: Perfect Christmas Angel

As you can see, I’ve teamed Perfect Angel up with the fab Christmas Tree Mo created for us.

The papers are once again – My Mind’s Eye “Merry Days of Christmas – available HERE.  The Metallic Gold Crochet Ribbon is available HERE.  The dog’s wings have been covered in Shimmerz “Angel Wings” available HERE.

As I’ve used some crochet ribbon, this card could be entered in the latest Quixotic Challenge, which is to use Lace!  The challenge is open until Midnight GMT on 5th January, so plenty of time to get your entry in for a chance to win the prize!

Hopefully my card shows that this image (as well as many others) can be used for more than just one occasion, even if the image does at first seem strongly themed.   I’ll no doubt be getting this one out for birthday cards in future too.  You can see my Halloween themed project using this image HERE.

I’ll be back tomorrow with another Christmas card to show you.  Not many to go now…
