It’s time for the monthly hop with Mo Manning’s Dream Team!

This month, the lovely Heidy is our host, and asked everyone to make their own flowers! This was an ideal challenge for me, as I have been meaning to try out my new Marianne Designs Creatables Dies and follow Mary J’s fab tutorial featuring them!

You should have hopped over here from KERTTU’S BLOG.  If not, you may want to start at the beginning over on Heidy’s blog.

The image I used is the adorable SPROUT, who is available in digi form from Mo’s Digital Pencil.

Sprout is also available in rubber through Stamping Bella, and is in stock here in the UK/Europe at Quixotic Paperie (in rubber form she comes with a coordinating sentiment)!

I coloured the image with Copic Markers on Make it Colour Blending Cardstock.

Skin: E000, E00, E11, E93 Hair: E50, E53, E55, E57 Outfit: G0000, G82, G85, B000, B91, B93, B95, B97, B99, R22, R24, R27, R29 Pot: E93, E95, E97, E99, E21, E23, E25, E47

I created my flowers following Mary’s Tutorial from the Marianne Designs Creatables LR0163 Chinese Rose die set, using Tim Holtz’ Kraft Glassine and adding pearl effect beads to the centre of each.  The yummy chipboard leaves are from a Make it Crafty Lasercut Chipboard pack – Round Leaves.  The designer paper is from the gorgeous Echo Park For the Record 6×6 pad.  I added a few 8mm flatback pearls in red for a splash of colour.  The little bow was tied using the Bow-Easy template.

That’s it from me!  Your next stop on this inspiration packed hop is LORI’S BLOG.
