This week’s Quixotic Challenge has been set by me!  I’d like to see…

*** The Joys of Spring ***

…in everyone’s creations!  So, to play along, just create a Spring themed card or project, pop over to the challenge blog and add the link to your post to Mr. Linky!  Nice and simple.

For my card I’ve used one of my favourite Spring/Summer images – Soaking Up The Joy by Mo Manning.    This image is available both in digi format from Mo’s shop Digital Pencil Too, or as a fantastic clear photopolymer stamp by Stampavie, available HERE at Quixotic Paperie.

Mo Manning - Soaking Up The Joy available at www.quixoticpaperie.co.uk

I have coloured her with Copics, which will come as no surprise!  Here’s the list:

Skin: E000, E00, E11, E95 Hair: E13, E17, E18, E19 Outfit: R0000, R20, R21, R22, BG10, BG11, BG13 Flowers/Grass: YR20, YR21, YR24, G21, G82, G85

I sponged the edges of the circle (cut with Nestabilities) with Distress Ink in Antique Linen.

Papers are Basic Grey Lemonade (available HERE), and the 8mm cream half pearls are available HERE.

That’s it from me!  I’m going to catch up on the housework, and then I’ll be busy this afternoon creating samples for the new Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps release this weekend!  Whoo!  The Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps Tea Party pre-orders should be arriving with me on Friday, along with the new release!

Just a quick note – if you would like to join Mo’s Dream Team as a guest designer in May, then pop along to the DT Blog and enter a card/project using the fab sketch provided by our newest team member – Liza.  Just make sure you get your entries in by 25th April.  Full details are over on the DT Blog HERE.
