Phew. Has it really been two weeks since I last posted? Insane. I’ll fill you in on the fun and games in a later post, but I’m climbing out of my funk, and I’ve got a fun card to jumpstart the blog with!

Today brings an adorable and fun new release from SCACD Stamps.  Together with artist Elisabeth Bell, Susana has put together a collection of super sweet fairies, including a couple with a slightly edgy SteamPunk vibe!  Love it.  Loads of fun to be had with these.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Make it Colour Blending Card and coloured with ShinHan Touch Twin Markers.  The designer paper is from the beautiful Prima Marketing Inc Fairy Rhymes 6×6 pad.

I embellished the corners with some star brads (using up that stash) and also part of the “waste” from the Dies by SCACD Contempo Compass Statement Corner die (US Readers will find it HERE)!  Love finding ways to make the most of dies.  The keyhole heart on top of the bow is from one of the Make it Crafty Lasercut Chipboard packs, and I coloured it with a red marker before distressing with an acrylic paint dabber in gold.
