It’s the 1st of October! YAY! This is one of my favourite months of the year, I’m looking forward to getting cosy and curling up on dark evenings with spooky tales. My Purple Onion Designs Happy Pumpkins card seemed perfect to share today.

Happy Pumpkins Card

I can’t help smiling looking at this stamp! It works well on its own, or as part of a scene. As it happens, you will be seeing it again later this week as part of a Halloween scene card.

Happy Pumpkin Card featuring Purple Onion Designs rubber stamps & Copic Markers

Stamps Used: Happy Pumpkins, Carnival/Fair Blurbs

I stamped the image on my favourite Make it Colour Blending Card before colouring with Copic Markers. I then fussy cut it to pop on my card. The blurb sentiment was stamped using Versamark ink and embossed using a white embossing powder from WOW. The little bats are an old Memory Box die set, and I stamped a spider web on the Kraft card base using Archival Ink in Sepia. The designer paper is from the Prima Marketing Inc 6×6 Amber Moon pad, die cut using My Favorite Things Stitched Inside & Out Circle Stax dies.

Copic Markers Used:

In my capacity as a design team member for Purple Onion Designs, I receive stamps to work with from the company. I also have a collection of Purple Onion Designs stamps that I have purchased myself. Whether using stamps I have been sent, or stamps I have purchased, all opinions and creative decisions remain my own. I only work with companies/use products that I love.
