Happy Friday, and Happy Easter! If like us here in the UK, you’re on “lockdown”, I hope you can make the best of your weekend. If you’re looking for some crafty inspiration, I’ve got you! Today I’m sharing a set of adorable thank you cards I created using the same image. I coloured each of the lambs using a different set of coloured pencils. There is one coloured pencil lamb video, showing the process, PLUS a list of the pencils used for each version. My colouring process for each was the same, so you can watch the video and use whichever pencils you like to recreate it!

Wooley Lamb Cards

Thank You cards are something I find useful to keep a stash of. I took this opportunity to use up some old scraps of designer paper, a favourite die set, and create some using my pencil coloured lambs. The first photo here is the card featuring the image coloured in my video, using Arteza Expert coloured pencils*.

Stamps Used: Wooley (lamb), Thank You sentiment (can’t find this one, but Purple Onion have lots of great options HERE)

I stamped the image on Bazzill Basics Kraft card* before colouring using Arteza Expert coloured pencils*. You will find a full list of these below, along with all of the other versions and their lists!

The dies I used all come in the Mama Elephant – Sew Fancy set.

Here’s a peek at the whole set of cards – all the same design, just different designer paper scraps. All the papers are old Magnolia Stamps designs. You will find a close up of each lamb, with their respective list of pencils used, below the video.

All images were stamped on the same Bazzill Basics Kraft card*, then coloured with different brands of pencil.

In my capacity as a design team member for Purple Onion Designs, I receive stamps to work with from the company. I also have a collection of Purple Onion Designs stamps that I have purchased myself. Whether using stamps I have been sent, or stamps I have purchased, all opinions and creative decisions remain my own. I only work with companies/use products that I love.
