Time for something a little different! I am absolutely delighted to say that I have joined the Stampotique Originals design team, having always admired their stamps. I do already have a collection of their stamps, and you may have seen a few pop up here on the blog before. Happily, you will be seeing them regularly from now on! No video for this one, I just had a blast colouring and creating. I promise I’ll be creating some videos using these stamps in the future though. Check out my Stampotique Originals Maryanne card below and get all the details.

Stampotique Originals Maryanne Card

Meet Maryanne from the new September release at Stampotique Originals. Isn’t she amazing? I love Daniel Torrente’s style. It may surprise some of you, but while I love cute, I’m absolutely a quirky and twisty girl underneath.

Mixed media card inspiration featuring Stampotique Originals Maryanne stamp by Daniel Torrente. Coloured using Caran d'Ache Luminance pencils on vellum.

Stamps Used: Stampotique Originals – Maryanne (6320)

Maryanne and the other stamps from Stampotique pair so well with the Tim Holtz Ideaology Snarky stickers.

I stamped Maryanne using Ranger Archival Ink on vellum, and coloured her using Caran d’Ache Luminance pencils*. This was my first time using pencils on vellum, and I love the effect. The Luminance pencils played really nicely on vellum, and I’ll be interested to see how some of my other pencils do in future.

The background behind the image was created using Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Bursts on Strathmore Bristol smooth surface paper. I adhered my vellum panel to it using a sheet of double sided tape, cut to size. The designer paper is from an old My Mind’s Eye Halloween pad.
