Happy World Card Making Day! Usually, I am totally disorganised and completely forget about this day until I see all of the fun posts everyone else does. This year I managed to work on stuff for it the day before, so we have progress! Sweet November Stamps have a wonderful and generous giveaway event to celebrate. They are giving away THREE absolutely adorable digital stamps, and you can find out how to grab them below. You can also check out my Sweet November Stamps Halloween Scrappy card and Copic colouring video, to see one of the freebies come to life in a cute Halloween scene!

You can grab the first freebie HEREHERE on the SNS website. The other two are available by participating as detailed in the above image!

Sweet November Stamps Halloween Scrappy Card

I absolutely couldn’t resist joining in and playing with this image. He’s so cute! All three of the digital stamps are. I channeled Amy from Sweet November Stamps when colouring this scene. Normally I start by colouring the background, and Amy does the opposite, she starts with the character, then does the scene afterwards. Usually I’m less confident about colouring the scene, and concerned about pulling darker colours from the scene into my character. This time however, I was more confident about tackling the scene than I was the fur – specifically little Scrappy’s head. So I started there. There is no “right” way to colour an image, or a scene, you can always change things up depending on the situation.
