Today I’m sharing my Spellbinder Monthly Club program* cards for June. The June theme is “Aloha Greetings” and there are some stunning products to play with. I’m 100% a “need it all” kind of crafter, so I advocate for getting the All Clubs Crate* which is the best value and includes exclusive bonus products. But you can sign up for individual club kits too, to suit your crafty preferences! You can also switch clubs each month depending on what you prefer in each one.
If you aren’t a subscriber you’ve still got time to sign up as the New Subscriber registration window is between the 6th and 27th of each month. Sign up during that window to receive the products being promoted that month.
The June clubs happen to work beautifully with the products in this year’s The Weekender kit*. The Weekender event has now passed, but as of typing this post you can still grab the kit, and you will be able to watch the classes on replay. The products in The Weekender kit* will not be sold separately this time, so the only way to get them is by buying the kit.
The first card is possibly my favourite. I used the sentiment from the Press & Foil of the Month Club* together with the stunning Large Die of the Month Club* to create the tropical floral spray. I’m definitely thinking about ways I can use this one with dies from The Weekender kit*. I kept things quite simple this time, but I’m hoping to find some time to do some inking next time to give these flowers and leaves more depth and impact.
This one is my second favourite. The turtle is so cute and I can see the background die cut being so fun for other mermaid and underwater cards! I used Small Die of the Month Club* together with the Clear Stamp & Die of the Month Club* and added some iridescent dewdrop embellishments to the bubbles on the die cut. I also used my favourite Color Block Accent Arches die set* with the Essentials Arches Die Set* to create the card base.
I used that gorgeous Press & Foil of the Month Club* again, this time foiling the image and colouring with Copic markers, die cutting and popping up over an embossed background, finished with the die cut aloha greeting from the Large Die of the Month Club* and some crystals.
I kept things simple for this one, to show off that fun embossed background from the Embossing Folder of the Month Club*, just adding a sentiment from the Clear Stamp & Die of the Month Club*.
Finally, the cutest card! I used the All Clubs Crate* bonus dies on this one, together with the awesome 3D Embossing Folder of the Month Club* for some fun background texture, and a sentiment from the Clear Stamp & Die of the Month Club*.
There are a few clubs I haven’t managed to use yet, but I am hoping to have a fun crafty day soon to play with them!
